Do I need prior martial arts experience?
No experience is required. Our Adult All Belt class welcomes complete beginners alongside students of all belt levels. Everyone starts somewhere.
Do I need to be in shape before I start?
No. Tukong training builds your fitness over time. Students of all fitness levels, ages, and body types train together and progress at their own pace.
What is Tukong Moosul?
Tukong Moosul is a traditional Korean martial art founded by Grandmaster Yi. It combines striking, kicking, self-defense, weapons training, and internal arts (Ip Seon / moving meditation) into a complete system for mind and body.
What does a typical adult class look like?
Classes run about an hour and include warm-up, fundamental techniques, combinations, and partner drills. The instructor scales the challenge to each student's level, so beginners and advanced students train productively side by side.
